    2 Cougar / 2 Mustang Applications

    Description

Reproduction heater blower motor for Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang that is a high quality replacement part at a reasonable price. However, these off-shore units may or may not prove to be as good of value as our good used original FoMoCo reconditioned units. Notice they do not have the correct pigtails in place. To date, all we can find for these cars are foreign made units. Keep in mind our used units carry a one year warranty and these new motors have a 30 day warranty. Also know that the mounting plate is included for free just for the asking on the used units but are sold separate on the reproduction units. We personally have never used the reproduction here at WCCC. This unit is the motor only, no squirrel cage.

    Replaces part # C7ZZ-18527-A.

    Pros:
    Cons:
The Blower motor is slightly longer in length then original OEM. Fit the heater box assembly perfectly. Length of motor made it a little tricky getting the assembly back into the car but manageable. Definitely has a little more fan speed with this new motor as well.

<p>I have enjoyed dealing with Don and his group for years and now that I own more cougars the need is greater than ever. I look forward to their videos and easier ways to assemble they have been most helpful. I can navigate there catalog...
