Good used tray that is not currently reproduced. Most people prefer the group 24 battery but for those that want to keep it very original, this is getting to be a hard to find part with no rot (will show pitting). Many that are not rotted have been cut to accept a group 24.

These are about half the weight of originals and do not look correct in any way. They are far better than nothing. Used front license plate bracket in Grade A condition. Grade A will, not have creases, cracks, or damage of any kind. The 1969 reproduction bracket, which mounts directly to the front valance, is what we recommend for a reasonable priced substitute. This is the rubber that goes into the bracket of the bottom of the center of the door, for 1970 bolt-in door glass.  Note that this bumper is substantially taller than the 69 version.  See C9ZZ-6521762-A for the 1969 glued-in door glass version. This clip looks just like the larger quarter extension moulding / trim moulding clip, but is smaller (as our comparison picture shows). One clip per side is used to attach the tail end (smaller end) of the moulding / trim to the extension. This unit is also almost exactly the same as the rear deck / trunk lid moulding / trim clip, but this quarter extension clip has a slightly shorter stud. Rarely will the clip you get look as good as the pictured here, usually the "finger" will be missing....

Used door window stop, cover plate, for any 1969-70 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang. These were originally painted body color, and were laid on either inside the front cowl or the package tray for painting. The one for the doors is roughly 25/32" x 3-3/8 inches long, the holes are 5/16, and the spacing is 1-25/32 on center to match the stop. Replaces Ford part number C9ZZ-65234A30-A.

OEM Ford factory cowl brace as found on 1970 Mercury Cougar Boss 302 Eliminator and Boss 302 Mustang. Used item, not reproduction. Mounts with the lip up, towards the front of the car. Very limited supply.

If your Cougar has to sit outside for any length of time this is a must. Not only will it protect from unwanted moisture but pine needles and other debris will be kept out. If your cowl already leaks then this is a great way to prevent the floors from rusting. Spring loaded T shaped fasteners make for instant installation and removal, attaches under grate bars so as not to damage paint. Very worth while preventative maintenance item.
