This panel was used in most of 1972 and all of the 1973 model year and is used in conjunction with cars equipped with rear seat seat belt re-tractors. It will not show serious UV damage with the "chalky look" and will have no extra holes drilled. These are very hard to obtain so we rarely have more than a couple on hand, please email us for colors on hand.
