Used diffuser for the shift indicator lamp. This diffuser is used on the Cougar or Mustang WITH a console and attaches to the end of the light socket on your shift indicator wire harness. Both shift indicator lamps with or without a console used the same wire harness and socket, but used different diffusers. This restored trim piece mounts to the back of the vent frame of any 1967-68 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. Driver side only, made of galvanized steel. New, more accurate woodgrain as of 2019! These decals are cut to fit the 1967 door pull end caps. The 1968 end caps had a smaller woodgrain insert with a black border. Fits both left or right, sold individually. These have a higher degree of luster than the originals but are made of same material and weigh exactly the same as our NOS examples. These interchange left to right, they are a mirror image of one another. We recently did a side by side comparison of these so called "concours" sill plates and found very little difference when comparing them to the "economy" version... They both weigh .52 pounds, just like our NOS sill plates. They both have a high of luster, unlike the originals which featured very little "shine". This is the aluminum emblem which mounts on the center of all scuff plates. Features raised script surrounded by "Product Of Ford" like original, adhesive backed and protective coating. New improved set of 6 screw for the glove compartment hinge on all 1967-68 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustangs. Three 10-24 bolts with 0.72" conical washer heads to go into dash, and three 10-24 bolts with 0.50" conical washer heads to attach to glove box door.
