Now you can replace this original part, which is commonly stripped out, with a nice reproduction. Must be welded to floor pan. 6 total per car, 2 inboard in the transmission tunnel, and 4 on the rear seat pans. The front outboard anchors are part of the rocker rails. Rectangular shaped like the 1967-73 cars. We have noticed that the last generation 1971-73 Cougars had 4 round shaped plates in the rear floors. Same threads, all work the same. These were pretty much used on all Ford...

Passenger side (right hand) front seat floor pan. This pan is cut from the full floor pans in order to save on shipping costs when a customer does not need the entire length pan. Cutting from the Dynacorn full length pans means this will be a quality cut, when compared to other pans on the market. 1967-68 style ribbing, works in 1969-70 and can be modified to fit 1971-73. *NOTE* This floor pan has the outside lip bent down which is proper for coupes, convertibles were bent up....

Fine scratches but great for the guy who wants original. The Reproduction does not have the II-DMI-6 lettering at the bottom like this original. You will have to carefully peel (roll back) the aluminum backing that is glued in place before gluing it in your mirror. If you use needle nose pliers and take your time it usually works fine. Note that the pictures of our 67-68 mirrors and lens can be deceiving. This is a tapered mirror, the narrow end faces upward on a Cougar, it is reversed when...

This is an upgraded version from what you see in our video but the idea is the same. This tool has a square hole so you can use your 3/8" drive ratchet or breaker bar to get the correct angle and have even better control of your leverage when placing the torsion bar into the slot. Used to remove the hinge springs (torsion rods) off the 1967 - 1973 Cougar or Mustang. No more trying to remove with the wrong tools . These can be tricky to remove without this tool. Will not work on 1964 -...

This threaded replacement wand will require you to cut 8/32" fine threads in your original controller. Your OEM mirror controller is made of a very soft metal so one can often install these as "self tapping".1967 and 1968 are different, see comparison picture. The 1968 version was rounded off due to new safety standards. The mirror nut tool will fit over the 1967 wand, but not the 1968.
