Used 3 pin connector and light socket harness for the 1967-68 Mercury Cougar overhead console harness for seat belts and door ajar indicators. Blue and red light sockets. These are the same sockets for the seat belt reminder and door ajar warning lights on the ultra rare Safety Convenience Option offered in 1967-68 on both the Cougar and Mustang.

Used 4 pin connector and light socket harness for the 1967-68 Mercury Cougar overhead console harness for parking brake and low fuel indicators. Yellow and green light sockets. These are the same sockets for the parking brake and low fuel warning lights on the ultra rare Safety Convenience Option offered in 1967-68 on both the Cougar and Mustang.

Wiring pigtail for the AMP and Oil gauge cluster from a 1971-73 Mercury Cougar XR7. Pigtail includes the segment of the under dash harness that includes the 4 differently colored 90 degree rubber boot connectors for the gauges, and two light sockets, and at least 8 inches of wire.  Check out this video

Used fuse block / box with wiring pigtail for the under dash harness for your Mercury Cougar Standard and XR7. This fuse block has a pigtail where the individual fuse holders and wires can be removed. This is also part of the 14401 main under dash wiring harness.Ford part # C6OZ-14A068-A.

Used ignition switch with a resistor wire for the under dash harness of the Mercury Cougar. This unit has a resistor wire that goes through the firewall.

Reproduction pigtail for repairing the ignition switch on the 67 Cougar or Mustang. 

Reproduction wiring pigtail without the resistor wire for repairing ignition switches on 68-69 Cougars and Mustang. NOTE - We've found that the clips on this plug don't lock into the ignition switch and will need to be modified to make fit.

Used brake switch plug end, the one that plugs into the brake pedal switch for the brake lights. These often times get hot and partially melt. Easy to change, no cutting or splicing of wires. The female spade plug end just releases from the plug end, look for the release tab for beside the wire on the back.

Used tachometer resistance wire for all 1971-73 Mercury Cougar XR7's and those that wish to add a factory tachometer to your standard instrument cluster. This wiring segment was removed from the main under dash harness of a 1971-73 Mercury Cougar XR7. No wires to splice. This wiring segment includes the plug to the tachometer, lead to the fuse block, and to pins, one goes to the ignition switch, the other goes to the 'thru the firewalll plug'.

Used under dash wiring harness fuse block / box (with a chip or two) with wire leads for the Mercury Cougar STANDARD. This is part of the 14401 main under dash wiring harness. The difference between Standard and XR7 is that the Standard block has the pink resistance wire. *Note - The fuse blocks will have a small amount of damage or chips on it, in spite of what is shown in the picture.

Used wiring pigtail that runs from the 14290 under hood harness to the passenger side headlight harness.

Used ignition plug wiring pigtail without resistor wire. Wires can be removed, individual plug also available here.

Used under dash wiring harness repair plug and pigtail for the neutral safety switch / back-up lights and engine feed harness for the LATE 1967 Mercury Cougar. Works for both standard and XR7. This is part of the 14401 main under dash wiring harness.*NOTE* The blue/red to yellow/black wire is for the radio feed. The only difference between the early and late harnesses, is the early harness has an extra blue wire.

New wiring pigtail with male bullet connector, and male / female paired connector. Also has rubber grommet that fits a 5/8" inch hole. Looks like 18 gauge wiring. These are remnants from the reproduction Mustang front turn signal lights that we convert to Cougar wiring. Brand new, approximately 13-15 inches in total length. Colors as shown.

Used under dash harness repair plug and pigtail lead to the low fuel sending unit for the Mercury Cougar XR7 or Standard model with the Safety and Convenience option. This is part of the rear wiring harness, plug is at the passenger side kick panel.

Used taillight wiring harness repair eyelet and pigtail from the circuit breaker to EACH taillight and license plate light. This harness section contains a pink resistor wire which should not be cut or spliced. That is because the wire's ohm resistance is based upon it's length. Cut it, and she's done for.
