Will this console work on our 68 Mustang convertible with the original automatic shifter? And - do you have a template for cutting the base for the convertible floor? Thanks.

It's actually a Mustang console because of the different radio and lower pads that would make it Cougar, it will fit coupe or convertible. And sorry, we don't have a template.

My 1968 did not come from factory with a console. No A/C. Has original Philco AM radio installed. What all do I need to properly install this repo console?

This will install into your car as is, but to make it correct for the Cougar you will also want to order the Radio Pad and the Lower Pad: 1967 or 1968.
