These are remnants from the reproduction Mustang front turn signal lights that we convert to Cougar wiring. Brand new, approximately 13-15 inches in total length. Colors as shown.

Used under dash wiring harness fuse block / box (with a chip or two) with wire leads for the Mercury Cougar STANDARD. This is part of the 14401 main under dash wiring harness. The difference between Standard and XR7 is that the Standard block has the pink resistance wire. *Note - The fuse blocks will have a small amount of damage or chips on it, in spite of what is shown in the picture.

These same clips are also found on the four rocker switches located in the center of the 1969-1970 XR7 dash pad. Do not bend the "J" shaped tab any further than is necessary to release the plug from the back of the switch as these break easily. There are 16 of these used on a Cougar with power windows in 1969, add the 8 in the dash of the XR7 Cougars and some cars have a total of 24.Replaces Ford part number C9AZ-14530.

This Lower Ball Joint Dust Seal reproduction fits the 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, and 73. Replaces Ford part # C7OZ-3105-A.Just and FYI, in order to install this boot, the entire lower ball joint must be removed from the lower control arm. That means grinding or drilling out the rivets, or removing bolts is so equipped.

This Upper Ball Joint Dust Seal reproduction fits the 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, and 73.Replaces Ford part #: C7OZ-3105-B.*Installation tip - The inside diameter of the grommet is just a hair too small to properly fit on the stud. Restoration expert and MCA Judge Marcus Anghel, suggests using a slightly larger round punch to open the hole slightly. If the boot isn't seated low enough, the boot will tear and fail in short order.

Reproduction rear axle outer bumper for the Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. These units mount on frame rail, are push in and two are required per car. Sold as a pair. Replaces Ford part # C6AZ-4730.

Mounts to the bottom lip of the coil spring cover, two required per car, sold individually. Replaces Ford part #: C6OZ-3020-A.

Rubber construction, sold in pairs only. This is the typical bar found on 428CJ and Boss 302 Cougars.

C9ZZ-5482-A 1969 Standard used factory front sway bar. 3/4 inch in diameter. This factory used front sway bar, does not include any mounting brackets or end link kits.

Reproduction universal joint forged from high strength alloy steel and crossed w/ and anti-corrosion coating. Fits the differential end of the drive axle on all 289, 302, 351 Windsor as well as most 351 Clevelands (See Chart). Includes a grease fitting for an extended life. 3.25" span cups are 1.12" and 1.00" diam. Replaces Ford part # C3AZ-4635-F.

Reproduction front universal joint that fits on transmission end of the drive axle on Mercury Cougars or Ford Mustangs equipped with the 390, 427, 428, 429 and some 351 Clevelands (see chart). Includes a grease fitting for an extended life. Replaces Ford part # C3AZ-4635-G.

C9ZZ-5482-D Factory used sway bar for any 1969 Cougar with optional Competition Handling Package. Factory identified with a single 'Green' paint stripe. *Excludes 428CJ and Boss 302 cars, those cars were factory built with a 15/16 inch sway bar. This factory used front sway bar, does not include any mounting brackets or end link kits.
