Used cover plate or thrust plate that retains the camshaft on the front of Ford small block V-8 engines such as 289, 302, 351W. 1967-70 Mercury Cougar or Ford anything. This plate has three bumps, we have found a Ford number of C9OZ-6269-A, this may be a service replacement number and could be found on engines built earlier than 1969. We have found this style of 289's from 1967. There is another version with Ford number C2OZ-6269-A, it only has two bumps.
