Good used L bracket that is not heavily rusted or bent. Passenger side is marked from the factory with an "R" and driver side is marked with an "L". The portion with the lip mounts vertically and the purpose of the lip is to align the splash shield into the proper location.

This area of the door often cracks due to the stress caused by worn out hinges. This twelve piece kit includes six screws and six form fitting washers to reinforce the recessed areas that often crack. If your latch area is badly cracked you will want to purchase the repair kit that requires being welded in.

Used door lock and trunk lock cylinder retainer clip. Not exactly the same as the door lock clips. Trunk clips have the small hole, a hooked tool would be used for removal. Not used on 1967 - 1968 Cougar trunk lock cylinders. *Note - For use on Cougar trunk locks built prior to 3-1-1972. Premium reproduction rubber seal with the proper thickness of the 1967-68 seal as found on Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang except these are not molded to the extension contours.
