This is from the Ford accessory catalog starting in 1968. This is a rear seat ash tray for cars without center console. Textured plastic construction with typical ash tray and receptacle as found on the rear of the console. FoMoCo boxed with Ford part number C8WY-6504803-A. The textured plastic box has a casting number of C8WA-6566836-A. Will fit 1967 Mercury Cougars too. Included are original instructions for installation. 

Kit includes one pair of 25 watt speakers (50 watts total peak) with correct pigtails and one pair of correct speaker grills with the exact screen pattern as original.
