D0AZ-3A732-C Stamped steel bracket for mounting the power steering pump. Ford called this bracket the 'power steering pump adjusting bracket'. For any factory air conditioned or non-air conditioned 1971 - 1973 Cougar or Mustang with 351 engines, additionally used on Mustangs with the F code 302 V8 engines.

Used power steering oil cooler for many 1971-73 Ford, Lincoln and Mercury cars with air conditioning. Specifically these came from 1971-73 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustangs with factory installed air conditioning and power steering. This unit mounts to the top of the A/C compressor. This installs inline with the low pressure return hose.  Manufactured by the Blissfield Company and has a Ford stamped number of D1AA-3D746-AB. The Ford engineering number is D1AZ-3D746-D.

The problem with these brass floats, is that after year of being in contact with fuel, they will begin to corrode and disintegrate. We suggest going with the new foam floats. This part is installed on all XR7 fuel sending units and Cougars and Mustangs with the optional Convenience Control Package. Low quality off shore part that requires soldering to your fuel sending unit. This is a temperature sensing device that activates when the fuel level drops enough to expose the unit at which point the circuit is closed and the low fuel light comes on. Commonly referred to as a Thermister / Thermistor / Low Fuel Sending Unit.
