Good quality bracket but costly. Needed it since I'm changing my 69 351W-2V to a 4V. Bracket is the correct distance for linkage but with a Edelbrock AVS2 4 barrel, the bracket will need to be cut and extended 2" towards the drivers side. Probably better for me instead of making a complete custom bracket up.
When I purchased my 69 Cougar, someone had tried putting an aftermarket Holley on it. They tried using, what I thought was, the original mounting bracket and had mauled it quite badly. Not knowing that there were several different carburetor-specific brackets offered for different engines, I straightened, welded, ground and bead-blasted the one I had and remounted it after my original carburetor returned from restoration. The throttle cable was improperly positioned, the carb linkage didn't return to base and the trans kickdown linkage wouldn't operate properly. Only after looking closely at all the different throttle brackets you offered did I discover that the bracket I had was for a 2-V carb. Your bracket to engine application was 100% correct. I ordered this bracket and it fit perfectly!
