Phillips flat head machine screw for attaching bucket seat, seat back release catch on any 1968-70 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang including bench seat cars. This plate has three bumps, we have found a Ford number of C9OZ-6269-A, this may be a service replacement number and could be found on engines built earlier than 1969. We have found this style of 289's from 1967. There is another version with Ford number C2OZ-6269-A, it only has two bumps.

This dealer installed kit was designed to fit many FoMoCo products. These were most commonly mounted on the driver side rear panel. They were taller than the standard antenna so mounting them on the driver side would protect them from low lying branches and other obstructions that more often come in contact with the passenger side of the car. This Gas Tank To Filler Pipe Hose reproduction fits the 67, 68, 69, and 70 Mercury Cougar. Excludes 1970 with California emissions. Even if yours is not cracked it will be hard if it is over two decades old. We highly suggest you replace this part if yours is in fact hardened with age because a minor rear end collision could cause it to fail and send fuel spilling into your trunk area.
