These inserts snap into your window elevators, four per elevator, eight per door for a total of 16 per car. Often the originals are worn down from lack of lubrication which will cause your door glass to rattle. The originals were more of a clear plastic, these are white in color. This is the lower bolt that goes into the bottom of the door. 1/4-20 threads, hex head but a shallow hex head, Originally installed with a rubber seal, which is not included. 7/16" hex head, these had a Ford part number of 379513-S100. 2 needed per door, 4 per car, sold individually.
