Used early version short seat belt mounting bolt to mount the front retractor to the inner rocker panel and used in conjunction with a large washer. This is an early version of the the seat belt bolt with faint or no markings on the head, the later versions are longer, and have much more prominent head markings.13/16" hex head, 1-1/8inch bolt with a 3/16 inch shoulder.

Used early version of the long seat belt bolt for the Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. This early version has faint markings on the head of the bolt as where the later versions have more prominent markings. 13/16" hex head,  two inch bolt with a 1/2 inch shoulder. Can be either smooth headed or have an "E".

Used on all four 1967 belts for a total of 8 per car. Found to be slightly dished on most examples we see.

New pan head screws for installing the automatic console shifter bezel. Sold as a set of 4. Used in conjunction with the 3 metal strips to attach the automatic shifter bezel. Correct black pan head Phillips screw. *HINT - The metal strips can be made from any strips of steel, they don't really need the edges folded if you don't cinch them down too tight. Metal strip should be 1-11/16" x 5/8" with a hole in the middle.

This set of brushes only fits the Eaton brand of air compressor clutch. These are exact reproductions made from the original tooling. It is possible to reuse the FoMoCo stamped bracket from the originals and re-rivet to this version. Yes, you can make it sneaky concours. You would have to figure out the rivets though. This A/C tag clip fastens the aluminum tag to top of the A/C pump.

Used A/C pulley and clutch assembly for 1967 Mercury Cougars and Ford Mustangs with the 289 engine produced prior to 1/3/1967. This is an Eaton manufactured pulley and clutch assembly with a pulley diameter of 6-1/4", a clutch diameter of 6-1/4", and an overall thickness of 1-1/2 inches. Hex head screw for attaching floor drain hole covers. Several different screws were used over the years and at different plants. All seem to be a #8 sheet metal screw of varying lengths. This is a #8 hex washer head tapping screw with 5/8" length. Two screws per drain cover, 2 or 4? per car, not sure. We also have the drain covers. 

Barrel nut for the 3/16" stud found on the 6.5 Liter badge and the GT badges that mount on the fender of 1967 Mercury Cougar and Mercury Cyclone GT with the S code 390 engine. Same GT badge on the 1968 Mustang GT models. Item sold individually. Not 100% correct, but close and functional. In 1967 - 1968 there were eight per wheel lip moulding, two per fender extension moulding, two per center grille moulding and five per hood lip moulding for a total of 50 screws. In 1969 - 1973 they were used on the wheel lips mouldings. The 1971 - 1973 hood lip mouldings used the same screw but it was 5/8" tall. Sold as a box of 100.

Replaces Ford Part # C7SZ-3D600-A. Power steering pump adjusting spacer for use without air conditioning. For most 1967 - 1969 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang with 289, 302, 390, 428CJ engines, excludes 1969 351W and 1969 Boss 302 engines. Spacer dimensions: 7/16" I.D. x 1" O.D. and 9/16" thick.

This is the aluminum emblem which mounts on the center of all scuff plates. Features raised script surrounded by "Product Of Ford" like original, adhesive backed and protective coating. Sold individually, two required per car. Replaces Ford part # C8ZZ-6513208-T.  Technically this is the version found on early 1967 cars, the late 67 and 1968 versions had a larger blue oval 'Ford', and did not have the 'Product of' line.

Fits both left or right, sold individually. These have a higher degree of luster than the originals but are made of same material and weigh exactly the same as our NOS examples. Very little difference from our more expensive version which is made using original tooling. Ford Logo sold separate, sold individually, two required per car. Concours? Well almost... These are stainless steel screws with the wax tipped coating like the originals, for installing the door sill plates. The wax was deemed necessary by the Ford Motor Co. as a seal. These can be used on all years 1967-73 Mercury Cougar, Ford Mustang and most all other Ford, Mercury, Lincoln cars of the era. Works well with any of the reproduction sill plates, these were really made to be used with the premium reproduction sill plates in stainless steel. 1967-68...

These interchange left to right, they are a mirror image of one another. We recently did a side by side comparison of these so called "concours" sill plates and found very little difference when comparing them to the "economy" version... They both weigh .52 pounds, just like our NOS sill plates. They both have a high of luster, unlike the originals which featured very little "shine". We found the screw holes to be just a tad larger on the economy version but once the screw is inserted you...

Steel door latch reinforcement repair kit. Countersunk bushings and screws for reinforcing the inside the door mounted latches on 1967-70 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustangs. Kit has 6 machine screws and bushings, enough for both doors. The metal on the doors is very prone to cracking in the screw area for those latches.

These are the screws that secure the door latch mechanism to the door shell. These screws come with the attached crown headed lock washer, just like the originals, so be sure to tighten them down snugly to ensure that the screw head sits flush into the screw holes. We have created all of the components needed to economically install the steel nutsert or Riv-nut for the exterior mirrors that mount to the car doors. Our steel Riv-nut uses a 1/4 inch hole.
