C3AZ-4730-B Rubber bumper that mounts to the metal axle snubber on Ford nine inch rear ends on 1967 - 1970 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustangs. Good used part with solidly mounted metal threaded stud. Pinion bumper. The casting number seen on the 67-68 is C3AA-4906-C, this version has fine threads. The version most often seen on the 69-70 is C9OA-4906-A. It will have a coarse threaded mounting stud. Two of these were used on certain 1967 Shelby Mustangs with traction bars.

Copper washers like the OEM Ford installed washers. Takes 10 washers total for both 8 and 9 inch rear ends. *Tip - It is a good idea to inspect or replace your old washers, many times they have tool marks from the housing or nuts that cause small troublesome leaks.

New outer axle gasket for any 8 or 9 inch Ford rear end with 28 splined axles. Common on all Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang with V-8 engines. Excludes 31 splined axles as found on Boss and Cobra Jet cars. One required per side, two per car.

This eyelet bushing is made from higher grade rubber and unlike the NOS and other reproductions has a solid center shaft. The center shaft of this reproduction is a flat piece of steel that is bent into a circle to make the shaft for the eyelet bolt to go through, just like NOS.  Two per car, these are used on one end of the leaf springs and the shackles are used at the other end. These have a different look than the reproductions and we only keep the very best ones, meaning we discard them if they are corroded, bent or have badly worn threads. In addition to carefully inspecting each one we chase the threads on both the bolt and the nut but of course we are careful not to over do it on the nut as they are designed to give resistance when threading them on. U-Bolt length 6-3/4 inches, and threads 1-1/4 inch in length. U-Bolts include two (2) correct style attaching nuts...

This 3 degree wedge properly sets the pinion angle for the drive shaft. This is a Cougar specific part which is needed due to the longer than normal rear leaf spring length. There are other wedges, but we seldom see them. This 3 degree marked wedge is the most prolific one. Feel secure in using these as a replacement.  Sold individually, two required per vehicle.
