They fit perfect and work well... to a point.

Because they work against the springs as you tighten down the adjuster, more tension is put on the plastic insert as you tighten down. The insert is only held in by a small ring of plastic at the back. To get a couple of my headlights in alignment, there was enough tension on the plastic that several of them ripped it out

The original Ford design has a more sturdy plastic insert that resists tension better. I wound up using the new adjusting screws and mounting screws from this kit with the original Ford metal/plastic mounting plate. I would have given only one star for the design of the bracket and plastic insert, but the adjusting screws look great and worked well.

Install tip: the retaining screw in the headlight trim ring can bottom out against some of the headlight adjuster mounting screws. I put a small washer under the head of the relevant adjuster mounting screws to get more clearance.

Had already rebuilt one half of the grille when I decided I should order a few of these to have extras on hand in case the aged components broke while adjusting the headlights. After putting new ones in the other half of the grille, first turn of one of the screws broke the square nut loose. Off with the grille and I was glad I had a few extras. It was the only one that broke, just a little sad for a $3+ part. Otherwise they worked great to get my Cat back on the road at night.

Great fit and finish. Replace old ones with broken plastic, finally able to aim headlights correctly.
