They fit perfect and work well... to a point.
Because they work against the springs as you tighten down the adjuster, more tension is put on the plastic insert as you tighten down. The insert is only held in by a small ring of plastic at the back. To get a couple of my headlights in alignment, there was enough tension on the plastic that several of them ripped it out.
The original Ford design has a more sturdy plastic insert that resists tension better. I wound up using the new adjusting screws and mounting screws from this kit with the original Ford metal/plastic mounting plate. I would have given only one star for the design of the bracket and plastic insert, but the adjusting screws look great and worked well.
Install tip: the retaining screw in the headlight trim ring can bottom out against some of the headlight adjuster mounting screws. I put a small washer under the head of the relevant adjuster mounting screws to get more clearance.
