Connects like the original

I would have to conclude that this is a fine reproduction. My application was a 1968 Cyclone so I can't speak about the correctness of the part , as it was longer than the OEM unit on the Cyclone. My view is this , I would rather have too much than way too little

My original was cracked. Easy to install and the right fit and size looks brand new OEM
