The push retainer is too small diameter. It falls out of the hole and will not stay in without a adhesive. I hesitate to glue them as the part may rattle since it will be glued to only one piece of a two part assy.
instead of needing to go to the hardware store to find a perfect replacement without the original part, WCCC makes it easy to know exactly what i need.
I don't know where these would work. They were too small for the floor distribution duct in my 1971 Mustang with integral A/C. This duct uses three push pins that have wire spring retainers like those for the door panels, but with a round plastic top. These push pins would fall out of the holes for the push pins in the ducts on my car.
