International Customers

Due to some ongoing challenges with the software we use to generate customs data and print shipping labels for international orders,
orders may take upto 7 days before we are able to generate the shipping label. If the order has USED item or items that need to be shipped from the supplier to us, it can take significantly longer.

Also be aware that even though we ship items with the proper documentation to show that duties and taxes are prepaid, some Postal Services are ignoring this and still charging these fees at delivery. If this occurs to you, please send us a copy of the receipt showing the tracking number with the fees paid and we can get the Duties/Taxes we charged to you refunded.

UK Customers / EU Customers

We are using a new shipping service where international shipments now include the Duties/Tax/Fees, so currently we can not offer USPS/Mail Innovations if the order is over 135GBP/150EUR, since USPS can not pay duties/taxes. If the order is less than 135GBP/150EUR, we can pay the taxes directly to the EU/UK and we can ship USPS/Mail Innovations*. All orders over 135GBP/150EUR have to ship UPS/DHL so we can use DDP to cover the Duties/Tax/Fees. This has allowed us to resume shipments of any value to the UK and EU.

TIP: You will likely be able to ship your order for less cost if you ship any items over 135GBP/150EUR on one order via UPS, then break the rest of the order up into orders of less than 135GBP/150EUR.

By breaking your orders up into less than 135GBP/150EUR:

you will avoid the import duties on those orders
less expensive shipping methods are available
you will avoid some UPS fees

Canadian Customers

We have worked with UPS to waive some of the brokerage fees. The rates shown now include all UPS fees. We have also added DHL, which offers lower cross boarder fees.

Our shipping provider has added Duties Prepaid options for US Postal Service options to Canada. This has allowed us to resume USPS shipments to Canada.

However, beware that this is a new process for the Post Office, so sometimes Canada Post shows the duties and taxes COD, when they are actually prepaid. If this happens, first inform Canada Post that the shipment was sent duties prepaid (DDP). If they still require you to pay the duties before delivery, please contact us.

Turkey Customers

The international shipping software we use requires that we pre-collect and pre-pay the duties and taxes. Because of recent changes to Turkey import laws, Turkey no longer supports this. Because of this you will need to use a shipping broker for us to ship items to you.

US Postal Service (USPS)

Our new international shipping system supports international shipments via USPS only if the order total (including shipping to most countries) is below the Duty/Tax De Minimis for your country (View De Minimis Chart).
Exceptions:
UK orders upto 135GBP
EU orders upto 150EUR

The US Postal Service (USPS) has suspended services to over a dozen countries (see complete list).
UPS Worldwide Services \ DHL Worldwide can still be delivered to these locations.

needed for plasma in the 69, but also cured a problem of burning out turn signal switches, not sure what was wrong but replaced all bulbs w new incandescent and still burned switch, converted to the plasma and no problem so far

Easy install- plug and play. I installed this when I converted to plasma bulbs. The plasma swap was slightly expensive, but glad I did it and would recommend to do it. My sequential lights work perfectly now

This unit worked very well and fit without any problem. However, it is difficult to get it to work with LED bulbs because of the issue of finding the correct flasher. Once I sorted that out things were fine. The manufacturer, Mr. Yarberry at Cougars Unlimited, was a tremendous help. His trouble shooting guides were invaluable.

Fits like a glove and performs perfectly. Must get the matching flasher to match - no big deal. Flash rate of these using the Plasma LED bulbs matches the original set up very well. Just a lot brighter.
