It's grade B. It's cheap. You know you're not getting a perfect part. However, it would have been nice to get both the threaded nylon inserts with it. Doesn't really matter, though. Screws and nuts are cheap at the local hardware store. Definitely a must for getting the front license plate situated correctly.
