I bought a few cans of this Shadow Blue to refurbish the console and other hard plastic parts of my 1969 XR7 Convertible. I was very impressed with the results. The only reason I did not give it five stars for fit or correctness is that Don is absolutely right in that so many suppliers were sending Ford parts in slightly different shades that it is impossible to have a car correctly accented in one color shade and be "Factory Original." However, I disagree on not painting your accent trim from the same batch of paint. You are going to get minor variations from each spray bomb, and the color will look different on every piece you paint. But, using this economical method will give you a perfectly satisfactory result at an affordable price. If you do not have spray equipment, and aren't going for a hangar queen, use this paint for your blue interior parts and I think you'll be pleased. I'll be trying the white next!
I have 54 year old walking cat floor mats that were in pretty good condition but had faded to a dingy green-gray from their original dark blue. I painted them with the SEM Shadow Blue and was pleasantly suprised how close it was to the original color which was preserved on the under side of the mats. They now look great with the worn patina of 54 year old floor mats which is perfect for my unrestored survivor.
