Correct black pan head Phillips screw. *HINT - The metal strips can be made from any strips of steel, they don't really need the edges folded if you don't cinch them down too tight. Metal strip should be 1-11/16" x 5/8" with a hole in the middle.

Not 100% correct, but close and functional. In 1967 - 1968 there were eight per wheel lip moulding, two per fender extension moulding, two per center grille moulding and five per hood lip moulding for a total of 50 screws. In 1969 - 1973 they were used on the wheel lips mouldings. The 1971 - 1973 hood lip mouldings used the same screw but it was 5/8" tall. Sold as a box of 100.

Copper washers like the OEM Ford installed washers. Reproduction rubber bumper that mounts to the metal axle snubber on Ford nine inch rear ends on 1967 - 1968 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustangs. New part with a fine threaded stud, also called a pinion bumper. The correct casting number is seen on this rubber axle bumper is C3AA-4906-C, this version has fine threads.
