New pan head screws for installing the automatic console shifter bezel. Sold as a set of 4. Used in conjunction with the 3 metal strips to attach the automatic shifter bezel. Correct black pan head Phillips screw. *HINT - The metal strips can be made from any strips of steel, they don't really need the edges folded if you don't cinch them down too tight. Metal strip should be 1-11/16" x 5/8" with a hole in the middle.

Pictured is a complete set of 1967 Hex bolts, spacers and washers. We will make sure they are damage free, rust free, and a complete set removed from the same year of Cougar as yours. There were minor and major changes almost every year so you will want to select the right year. These are the screws that are used to attach the door latch to the door shell on the 67 - 73 Cougar or Mustang. Sold in a set of 6.

This set of brushes only fits the Eaton brand of air compressor clutch. These are exact reproductions made from the original tooling. This A/C tag clip fastens the aluminum tag to top of the A/C pump.

Used A/C pulley and clutch assembly for 1967 Mercury Cougars and Ford Mustangs with the 289 engine produced prior to 1/3/1967. This is an Eaton manufactured pulley and clutch assembly with a pulley diameter of 6-1/4", a clutch diameter of 6-1/4", and an overall thickness of 1-1/2 inches. Hex head screw for attaching floor drain hole covers. Several different screws were used over the years and at different plants. All seem to be a #8 sheet metal screw of varying lengths. Not 100% correct, but close and functional. In 1967 - 1968 there were eight per wheel lip moulding, two per fender extension moulding, two per center grille moulding and five per hood lip moulding for a total of 50 screws. In 1969 - 1973 they were used on the wheel lips mouldings. The 1971 - 1973 hood lip mouldings used the same screw but it was 5/8" tall. Sold as a box of 100.

#373820-S Copper washer for attaching the 8 inch or 9 inch third members to the axle housings. Steel washers will leak, made from copper which is a soft metal and seals under the attaching nuts. Copper washers like the OEM Ford installed washers. Takes 10 washers total for both 8 and 9 inch rear ends. *Tip - It is a good idea to inspect or replace your old washers, many times they have tool marks from the housing or nuts that cause small troublesome leaks.

Reproduction rubber bumper that mounts to the metal axle snubber on Ford nine inch rear ends on 1967 - 1968 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustangs. New part with a fine threaded stud, also called a pinion bumper. The correct casting number is seen on this rubber axle bumper is C3AA-4906-C, this version has fine threads. The version most often seen on the 1969-70 is C9OA-4906-A. It will have a course threaded mounting stud.

NOTE! When we ship a rear end, we will remove the third member and ship it in a separate box. Some assembly will be required. Housing overall width - 54-1/4 inches flange to flange. Overall width measured from faces of axles, not the tips. Reproduction anti-squeak pad for the leaf springs found on the Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. This little unit goes between each individual leaf spring and prevents metal to metal contact.
