Description

2.6 MB Downloadable PDF file of the complete 1967 Mercury Cougar electrical wiring diagram used by Ford Technicians. You will receive a download link both on the order confirmation screen and via email once your order is complete.

In this download you will find diagrams for the following:

  • Instrument Panel
  • Ignition, Charging and Starting System
  • Exterior Lights
  • Interior Lights
  • Heater and Air Conditioning
  • Safety and Convenience Systems
  • AM and AM/FM Radio
  • XR-7 wiring diagram addendum

Please Note: This is a high resolution scan of the original Ford document, which was 16" wide by 10" tall. These will not print well on a single 8.5" by 11" piece of paper. You can however use Adobe Reader to print these as a "poster" on multiple sheets of paper per original page that you can then tape together in order to be able to print the desired pages at full size or the file can be taken to a local print shop and printed at full size.

This document is a complete scan of what Ford Technicians were provided. The instrament cluster diagram on the very first page of the document was all that was included by Ford for the service technicians, you can see it by looking at the image for this product.

<p>I have enjoyed dealing with Don and his group for years and now that I own more cougars the need is greater than ever. I look forward to their videos and easier ways to assemble they have been most helpful. I can navigate there catalog...

I bought my 69 Cougar in Jul of '09 as a retirement from the Army gift to myself. From day 1 it had intermittent heating problems that I tried to fix. I changed the radiator, thermostat, water pump, and added 2 12 in 1400 cfm electric cooling...

My 1971 Cougar XR7 was retrofitted with a Ford “400”, Edelbrock intake and 4 barrel carb, TCI Street Fighter trans, B & M Hammer shifter, and dual turbo exhaust. While this sounds interesting, the Cougar itself was seriously neglected and...

I have been a cougar owner for just shy of 30 years, I have been dealing with part problems for a very long time. The people at WCCC have always be honest, and overly helpfull. I now have a 1970 XR-7 mostly rebuilt, and my son has a 1968 base...
