    Description

QUALITY HAS GONE DOWN ON THESE CAPS, UNTIL THE SUPPLIER CAN CORRECT THE ISSUE, WE WILL NO LONGER HAVE THESE AVAILABLE.

Correct reproduction XR7-G chrome center caps with the correct magen ta background and chrome XR7-G logo that includes three part mounting hardware. These are die-cast just like the originals, other reproductions out there are made on a lathe with aluminum stock. Sold individually.

    Ford part # C8WY-1130-F.

*NOTE* When installing these die cast center caps, keep in mind over tightening will separate the backing from the chrome outer portion. Instead of over torquing, we recommend a good threadlocker which you can get right here.

    Question
    Asked:
I need a video or some kind of instruction to mount these caps to the mag wheel. I have the adapter plates but as of now I just have $400 worth of paperweights. It would be nice if we could submit photos with these questions. Thanks

    Answer
    WCCC Admin Answered:
They are not complicated to install. There is a hole in the center of your wheel. The cap goes on from the front, the other 3 pieces come in from the back. Use thread lock on the stud and simply hand tighten them.

Why am I being warned about potential exposure to chemicals in motor vehicle parts?

    • Some chemicals in motor vehicle parts are on the Proposition 65 list because they can cause cancer and/or birth defects or other reproductive harm.
    • When purchasing USED or NOS items, we do not know if listed chemicals are present in these products.
    • This product is known to contain the following listed chemicals:
WCCC hooked me up with an original glove box cable and the correct screws WITH shoulders for my glove box. Their listing for these screws explains that the original screws have a shoulder for the cable and most people put in the wrong screws--which...

I have been a cougar owner for just shy of 30 years, I have been dealing with part problems for a very long time. The people at WCCC have always be honest, and overly helpfull. I now have a 1970 XR-7 mostly rebuilt, and my son has a 1968 base...
