Used roller for any 1969-70 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang hardtop or convertible rear quarter glass channel. Often times one of the little branches breaks off and allows chattering of the window movement. Included is a good roller and drilled out rivet. These can be reused if you drill out the center of the rivet and using a tap, cut threads into the hole of your desired machine screw or bolt size. Re-install with a washer and you are done. 

This is the type of material that was used to install gasketless windshields starting in 1969. Tom, at KTL Restorations shared this product with West Coast Classic Cougar. Product comes as a 3/8 inch diameter continuous round bead, coiled in 15 foot lengths.

Fits all Mustangs, Cougars, Fords 65-70. Attaches the striker on the door pillar, the big screws. Little known fact: these aren't Phillips head screws, they are actually Pozi head / Pozi-Driv screws. While you can usually get a large Phillips screwdriver to work, the correct tool for these fasteners is a size 4 Pozi bit.

These vinyl coated clips hold the weatherstrip and guide the window when rolling up. Used clips usually are rusted and the vinyl portion is peeling. Sold individually and four are required per car. Used windshield wiper motor cover or shield as Ford called it. Very prone to cracking and 'chalky' from age or UV light. We are not going to lie, most of these will have paint over spray or a slight amount of chalkiness. We haven't found a Ford part number other than the basic number of 17C441 which is labeled as "Shield - (Windshield Wiper Motor - Water)" as found in the Mercury MPC.

Reproduction Lower Windshield Moulding Center Spacer for the 1969 1970 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang 

Used spacer for the lower windshield moulding, also called an 'anti rattler'. 4 of these plastic pieces were used per car. These spacers were originally installed between the retainers. A total of 7 plastic spacers were used along with 7 metal retainers for that lower windshield moulding. Set of 20 replacement staples for the beltline kit. These are used to attach the beltline pieces to the door panel. Will work for any beltline kit on a number of different makes and models.

Used air conditioning thermostat switch for any 69-70 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang with integral or factory A/C. Attaches to the side of the fiberglass box under the dash, the wire probe gets inserted into the evaporator. Tested and working switch. These were originally manufactured by Cutler-Hammer for Ford. This concours correct reproduction weatherstrip is for the perimeter of the doors on the Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. This set has the door to back of door glass seal bonded to the end of the strips and will need to be glued in place. 3M brand windshield to channel adhesive. This is what is used for installing the windshields on 69-73 Cougars and Mustangs, all of which did not use a windshield gasket. This is a 10oz tube. This is the industry recommended glass installation adhesive for the gasketless windshields. However, our classic Cougars were assembled using a less hardening bonding agent, that allowed some glass movement.

Satin Finish Wiper Arm

These are hand picked grade A condition original arms with no defects. Right is the same as left. Sold individually, two per car. The reproductions of the 67-70 are identical, but the originals are not the same between years. The 67-68 and the 69-70 were bent at different angles and carry different Trico patent numbers.
