New wheel stud replacement for all Mercury Cougars equipped with front drum brakes. Pretty much fits most other front drum brakes on all mid sized Ford and Mercury cars. Very rare trim ring used in conjunction with a 15x7" steel wheel and small hub cap on the 1971 Cougar 429 CJ. Only a hand full of Cougars ever got this trim ring. This would also have been used on a few applications like a 1970 BOSS Mustang or 1971 429 Cobra Jet Mustang, Torino or Cyclone. Grade B will show minor scratches and wear.

This set of four wheels is not correct for a xr7G Cougar as they are 15" and the originals were 14". You may find that more tire options are available for a 15" tire. These wheels have been tested and have found to be true. The Rader wheels were recalled by Ford, shortly after the first XR7-G cars were produced. Your Mercury dealer would have installed the common 1968 Cougar style steel wheels as replacements.
