Used grade "A" XR7 hubcap / full wheel cover for the XR7 Mercury Cougar. The 1969 version of this hubcap / wheel cover used a white stripe around the center where the 1970 used black. Our grade "A" cap will have a minimal amount of scratches. Ford part # C9WY-1130-A.
