All applications 1967-1973 Cougar and Mustang, attaches the drive shaft U-Joint to rear end pinion yoke. Sold individually, two required per car, complete with self locking pinch nuts. Perfect used, no rust or worn threads, these clean up nicely with your benchtop wire wheel.  Note, OEM came with fine threads and no lock washer.Ford Part #: C1AZ-4529-A or D3AZ-4529-A.

These have a different look than the reproductions and we only keep the very best ones, meaning we discard them if they are corroded, bent or have badly worn threads. In addition to carefully inspecting each one we chase the threads on both the bolt and the nut but of course we are careful not to over do it on the nut as they are designed to give resistance when threading them on. These coarse thread nuts have an integrated lock washer with serations for the Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. They will ONLY work with the U-Bolts used in conjunction with the lowering kits. The thread size is 7/16"-14. *NOTE* Eight of these are required per car and are sold individually.

Complete kit with shaft for one side. Includes grease seals and zerk fittings. Note! Often times the fine threads in the upper control arms will be worn to the point of being stripped. To keep this kit properly in place you may have to tack weld the threaded caps to the control arms in a couple of places.

New quality upper control arm shaft kit. Fits all 1967-73 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang, also Maverick/Comet 1970-77, Fairlane 1966-70, Torino/Cyclone 1968-71. Comes with all parts shown. Rear axle vent bolt for the 67 - 73 Cougar or Mustang. This bolt serves a dual purpose, as it also holds the brake line bracket in place on the axle tube.

Concours rear axle vent hose for any 1967-73 Mercury Cougar or 1965-73 Ford Mustang. Rubber hose that attaches to the metal nipple on the top of your rear axle housing. Fits 8 and 9 inch rear ends. Includes hardware as shown. Crimp clamp, screw clamp and bolt. Ribbed hose like original, and has yellow paint mark like from the factory. About 20 inches of hose is included, a little more than what was from the factory. Part number 4A001 in the chassis assembly manual.

#373820-S Copper washer for attaching the 8 inch or 9 inch third members to the axle housings. Steel washers will leak, made from copper which is a soft metal and seals under the attaching nuts. Copper washers like the OEM Ford installed washers. Takes 10 washers total for both 8 and 9 inch rear ends. *Tip - It is a good idea to inspect or replace your old washers, many times they have tool marks from the housing or nuts that cause small troublesome leaks.

These are getting hard to find considering the after market disc brake conversions that require the use of 1970 drum brake spindles. 1970 was a heavier design over 1968-69. These are the U-shaped brackets that hold the round part of the rear sway bar. These mount to the rear frame rail. All 1970 - 1973 Cougars should have these mounting holes from the factory, 1969 and earlier Cougars do not have these holes. Two clamps needed for installation.
