    Many used items in our pictures have been cleaned and/or bead blasted prior to being photographed to show condition and detail. 

    The item you receive, in most circumstances, will be pulled from the donor car and shipped to you without being cleaned. 

    We do not retake pictures each time a used item sells. Pictures are a good indicator of what you will receive, but not all used parts age the same. On high dollar parts, email us and we can send a few pictures of the actual part available.

     If we use the word "Core" in the title of the product, the item has been deemed rebuildable, but has not been rebuilt.  The item you receive, in most circumstances, will be pulled from the donor car and shipped to you without being cleaned.

    Remanufactured constant ratio power steering box for the Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang equipped with factory power steering. These units are Saginaw 800 Series torsional power steering gear boxes that feature 4 turns lock to lock. In our experiences this box design is very durable and not prone to wear like the early style dry steering boxes. These units are tagged as SPA-S, SPA-U, SPA-AC, SPA-AE..

    *NOTE* This unit will work in any 1971-73 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang except for those equipped with a 429, which would have used a variable ratio gear box that is tagged as SPA-V, SPA-T, SPA-AD, SPA-AF..
