USPS Delivery Delays: We are receiving a significant number of email/calls from customers regarding their USPS shipments. USPS is experiencing significant delivery delays and shipment misdirection. For example, tracking has shown multiple packages shipping from Oregon to California going through Atlanta Georgia. These are issues in the Post Office system, and not anything we can fix.

International Customers

Due to some ongoing challenges with the software we use to generate customs data and print shipping labels for international orders,
orders may take upto 7 days before we are able to generate the shipping label. If the order has USED item or items that need to be shipped from the supplier to us, it can take significantly longer.

Also be aware that even though we ship items with the proper documentation to show that duties and taxes are prepaid, some Postal Services are ignoring this and still charging these fees at delivery. If this occurs to you, please send us a copy of the receipt showing the tracking number with the fees paid and we can get the Duties/Taxes we charged to you refunded.

UK Customers / EU Customers

We are using a new shipping service where international shipments now include the Duties/Tax/Fees, so currently we can not offer USPS/Mail Innovations if the order is over 135GBP/150EUR, since USPS can not pay duties/taxes. If the order is less than 135GBP/150EUR, we can pay the taxes directly to the EU/UK and we can ship USPS/Mail Innovations*. All orders over 135GBP/150EUR have to ship UPS/DHL so we can use DDP to cover the Duties/Tax/Fees. This has allowed us to resume shipments of any value to the UK and EU.

TIP: You will likely be able to ship your order for less cost if you ship any items over 135GBP/150EUR on one order via UPS, then break the rest of the order up into orders of less than 135GBP/150EUR.

By breaking your orders up into less than 135GBP/150EUR:

you will avoid the import duties on those orders
less expensive shipping methods are available
you will avoid some UPS fees

Canadian Customers

We have worked with UPS to waive some of the brokerage fees. The rates shown now include all UPS fees. We have also added DHL, which offers lower cross boarder fees.

Our shipping provider has added Duties Prepaid options for US Postal Service options to Canada. This has allowed us to resume USPS shipments to Canada.

However, beware that this is a new process for the Post Office, so sometimes Canada Post shows the duties and taxes COD, when they are actually prepaid. If this happens, first inform Canada Post that the shipment was sent duties prepaid (DDP). If they still require you to pay the duties before delivery, please contact us.

Turkey Customers

The international shipping software we use requires that we pre-collect and pre-pay the duties and taxes. Because of recent changes to Turkey import laws, Turkey no longer supports this. Because of this you will need to use a shipping broker for us to ship items to you.

US Postal Service (USPS)

Our new international shipping system supports international shipments via USPS only if the order total (including shipping to most countries) is below the Duty/Tax De Minimis for your country (View De Minimis Chart).
Exceptions:
UK orders upto 135GBP
EU orders upto 150EUR

The US Postal Service (USPS) has suspended services to over a dozen countries (see complete list).
UPS Worldwide Services \ DHL Worldwide can still be delivered to these locations.

Description

This restored drip rail moulding / trim will have had all minor dings and scratches removed and then polished to a mirror like finish. These puppies have been restored far beyond the quality that your car came with from the factory. Our mouldings / trim are sold outright, as a pair, or one side only. Most people will be satisfied with our used grade "A" drip rail mouldings / trim, however these are for the person that is striving for perfection with his or her show car.

*NOTE* This unit carries a $85 core charge. You can presend your core or send it after. However, if you do not send your core back 30 days after the purchase date, your core refund will be in store credit only.

Returning Cores

When sending us your core(s), we will need a copy of your invoice. Or at the very least, your invoice number which is located at the top left corner of your original invoice. We will also need the date of your purchase.

Once you have your trim cores packed, we suggest that you take them outside and throw them up into the air as high as you can. After your box lands, jump on it. If you do not think that it will survive, you have not packed it well enough. We have discovered that this type of abuse is typical with shipping. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur in shipping.

Acceptable Cores

Do not send us pretzel shaped parts, parts you have attempted to fix yourself, or flattened out parts. We need trim parts showing only MINOR dents, dings, dullness, or scratches.

Keep in mind we buy most trim and mouldings found on a Cougar.
