Engine oil dipstick as found on most any 1970-73 Ford with 351 Cleveland engines (H, or M Code), 1972-73 (Q code). Ford used several different suppliers and there are differences that show up in the finger handle as shown. Top of the shield to the dipstick end is approximately 21-11/16 inches. The handles were painted blue originally.
