Includes all 1970 H code 351-2V Windsor engines only. The D0OE-6316-C harmonic balancer is identified by the 4 bolt holes for attaching the crankshaft pulley. Outside diameter is approximately 6-1/4 inches, and 3/4 inches thick. 351-2V Cleveland and 351-2V Windsor engines were both used in 1970, they each have specific balancers, please identify your engine and verify your balancer numbers. Has the timing marks on rim. The rubber in this used balancer will be the original and will not be showing cracks or signs of having shifted. This good quality used balancer is a good option for those wanting to keep a 100% original looking appearance on a concours car that does not get driven or see high RPM's.
