    Description

    Please Note:

Many used items in our picture(s) have been cleaned and/or bead blasted prior to being photographed to show condition and detail. The item you receive, in most circumstances, will be pulled from the donor car and shipped to you without being cleaned. We do not retake pictures each time a used item sells. Pictures are a good indicator of what you will receive, but not all used parts age the same. On high dollar parts, email us and we can send a few pictures of the actual part available.

"Core" Items: If we use the word "Core" in the title of the product, the item has been deemed rebuildable, but has not been rebuilt.  The item you receive, in most circumstances, will be pulled from the donor car and shipped to you without being cleaned.

Includes both the H code 351-2V and the M code 351-4V engines. The 1969 351 Windsor harmonic balancer is identified by the 3 bolt holes for attaching the crankshaft pulley. Outside diameter is approximately 6-3/8 inches, and 3/4 inches thick. Crank shaft balancer, crankshaft dampener, harmonic balancer. Has the timing marks on rim. The rubber in this used balancer will be the original and will not be showing cracks or signs of having shifted. This good quality used balancer is a good option for those wanting to keep a 100% original looking appearance on a concours car that does not get driven or see high RPM's. Core charge is refundable when rebuildable C9OE-6316-E harmonic balancer is received by WCCC.

    Ford part # C9OZ-6316-A, casting number C9OE-6316-E.

*NOTE* Not compatible with 1970 351W due to the 4 bolt crank pulleys. Also not applicable with any 351 Cleveland engine.

Core refunds can only given when we deem the part worthy of being rebuilt.

    • use our contact form to send us several clear pictures of the part (3 pictures allowed per message)
    • give us a call at 503-463-1130 for guidelines

I bought my 69 Cougar in Jul of '09 as a retirement from the Army gift to myself. From day 1 it had intermittent heating problems that I tried to fix. I changed the radiator, thermostat, water pump, and added 2 12 in 1400 cfm electric cooling...
