A needed part for giving your car a tune-up. PCV Valve fits all years; 289, 302, 351, 390, and 428 CID; V8. *Note - Not technically correct for 390-4V or 428CJ, those originally used a PCV valve with a threaded top, and the 90° elbow - part number C7OZ-6A706-A.

Hot idle compensator valve assembly for many Ford engines with PCV, starting in 1964 through early 1968. Typically found on 1964-66 Ford 260-2V, and 289-2 engines with air conditioning. 1967-68 289-2V, 302-2V and some 390 engines all with air conditioning and PCV or closed emissions. The Ford assembly manual indicates that the Hot Idle Compensator Valve 'T' Assembly, was installed by removing 3/4 inches of the PCV hose, 2-1/4 inches (on center of the PCV valve). Reproduction 8-32 x 1/2" stud used to attach the convertible boot mouldings on any 69-73 Cougar or 65-73 Mustang. A number of these studs were installed on the mouldings, going through the body of the car and attached underneath the sheet metal using the boot nuts.
