Used brake switch plug end, the one that plugs into the brake pedal switch for the brake lights. These often times get hot and partially melt. Easy to change, no cutting or splicing of wires. These inserts snap into your window elevators, four per elevator, eight per door for a total of 16 per car. Often the originals are worn down from lack of lubrication which will cause your door glass to rattle. The originals were more of a clear plastic, these are white in color. These inserts snap into your window elevators, four per elevator, eight per door for a total of 16 per car. Often the originals are worn down from lack of lubrication which will cause your door glass to rattle. The originals were more of a clear plastic, these are white in color. New bolt for installing the door glass window run on any 1969-70 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. This is the lower bolt that goes into the bottom of the door. 1/4-20 threads, hex head but a shallow hex head, Originally installed with a rubber seal, which is not included. 7/16" hex head, these had a Ford part number of 379513-S100. 2 needed per door, 4 per car, sold individually. Black silicone is a good substitute for the seal.

383278-S 1/4-20 Nut with spinning or captured washer, sometimes called a swivel nut, for attaching various door window components for 1970-1973 Cougar and Mustang bolt-in door glass. This nut was used to fasten the guides into the 1970 bolt in glass. Additionally this nut was used for attaching the window channel bracket to door and quarter glass on the 1971-73 Cougar and Mustangs. This is a new or reproduction part from AMK.

This gear was used on Cougars starting in 1969 and then Mustang in 1971.
