This air cleaner assembly never came from the factory on any Cougar, but was an over the counter option available from your Ford dealer. Reproduction stud and nut assembly that the factory line workers used for locating the air conditioning pedestal bracket. Then backed up with a nut. Used on 289 / 302 / 351W / 390 / 428CJ pedestals from 1967 - 1973. Stud is threaded into the cylinder head for easy installation of the cast iron pedestal bracket.*Note - Excludes 351C and 429CJ.

Complete heater and air conditioning control assembly includes bezel or face plate, bracket control mounting plate, electrical and vacuum switches.
