This 3 degree wedge properly sets the pinion angle for the drive shaft. This is a Cougar specific part which is needed due to the longer than normal rear leaf spring length. There are other wedges, but we seldom see them. This 3 degree marked wedge is the most prolific one. Feel secure in using these as a replacement.  Sold individually, two required per vehicle. Orientation: Narrow end towards the front of the car.

Correct shackle for all 1967 through 1973 Cougars, except those manufactured between 10/70 and 9/71. Measures 3-1/2 inches from center to center. This Lower Ball Joint Dust Seal reproduction fits the 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, and 73. Replaces Ford part # C7OZ-3105-A.Just and FYI, in order to install this boot, the entire lower ball joint must be removed from the lower control arm. That means grinding or drilling out the rivets, or removing bolts is so equipped.

This Upper Ball Joint Dust Seal reproduction fits the 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, and 73.Replaces Ford part #: C7OZ-3105-B.*Installation tip - The inside diameter of the grommet is just a hair too small to properly fit on the stud. Restoration expert and MCA Judge Marcus Anghel, suggests using a slightly larger round punch to open the hole slightly. If the boot isn't seated low enough, the boot will tear and fail in short order.

U-shaped bracket that mounts the long flat part of the front sway bar to the chassis. Clamps sold individually, two needed for attaching front sway bars. This clamp with the folded ears on the sides is for the 7/8 and 15/16 inch front sway bars.

Bolt kit for installing front sway bar clamps to the body for any 1969-73 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. 5/16" bolts for 1969-73 cars. Starting in 1969, the bolt size was changed from 3/8" to 5/16". We stock the 3/8" bolt kits, which was standard for 1967-68 cars. See related items.
