I liked that I could see a picture of parts and that you could type in what you were looking for. What was handy for me was the ability to chat with Darrell. He was a big help. Also high on the you gotta keep on staff was Joshua, I had some issues getting you guys paid for my order, but he hung in there and made it happen. Many thanks to Joshua and Darrell. Darrell and Joshua are keepers. They responded quickly to my emails and made things happen.

I was having difficulty placing my order on the website and spent a couple of hours trying with no luck (ending in immense frustration). I decided to finally just call and order my parts over the phone (4 small items).

Was surprised that Don Rush answered the phone and took my order. Not everyday you have the CEO/Owner of the company filling in doing direct customer service. Don was apologetic regarding my problems encountered on the website and gave me some additional discounts for my inconvenience. Was not necessary but greatly appreciated.

After I hung up, I said Man, I just talked to "The Guy" and kicked myself not asking some specific maintenance questions regarding my ride. However, I know he is a busy man and was focused on covering the phones. Great company that appreciates their customers.

Have not installed the parts yet but they look a good quality. The top cat glasses are pretty cool! I called a while back because I had a question, they called me back the next day. I appreciated that the more I buy, the more I will know about this company. But so far I’m very pleased And I really like all the how to videos they are a great help.

I have made many purchases online with WCCC but chose this time to make a 1400 mile round trip and visited them in person. 

I brought a van load of parts with me that needed a home. Don helped unload them then quickly assessed the value which I spent quickly. My experience was that of respect for what Don and his employees have done for the Cougars and communities that surround the car itself. 

Don was more than fair and helpful of what my needs were. It was a dream come true to meet them all and spend some time talking and touring their shop and bone yard. I look forward to my next visit where I will be arriving in the Cougar they helped me build.

WCCC makes finding the right part with the right fit easy. I love that they try to get great parts and when there are parts that don't meet their standard they WARN you up front! I've bought new reproduction parts from them, used parts and even had parts cut from their "junk yard" to build my car.

The parts fit perfectly. Very fast service. I am impressed!!!

Today I was contact by Darrel on his day off to fix a problem that occurred with an order. I can not express enough how thoroughly pleased I was with his service, and that of Don Rush, for making it happen.
