I was having difficulty placing my order on the website and spent a couple of hours trying with no luck (ending in immense frustration). I decided to finally just call and order my parts over the phone (4 small items).
Was surprised that Don Rush answered the phone and took my order. Not everyday you have the CEO/Owner of the company filling in doing direct customer service. Don was apologetic regarding my problems encountered on the website and gave me some additional discounts for my inconvenience. Was not necessary but greatly appreciated.
After I hung up, I said Man, I just talked to "The Guy" and kicked myself not asking some specific maintenance questions regarding my ride. However, I know he is a busy man and was focused on covering the phones. Great company that appreciates their customers.
