I liked that I could see a picture of parts and that you could type in what you were looking for. What was handy for me was the ability to chat with Darrell. He was a big help. Also high on the you gotta keep on staff was Joshua, I had some issues getting you guys paid for my order, but he hung in there and made it happen. Many thanks to Joshua and Darrell. Darrell and Joshua are keepers. They responded quickly to my emails and made things happen.

I was having difficulty placing my order on the website and spent a couple of hours trying with no luck (ending in immense frustration). I decided to finally just call and order my parts over the phone (4 small items).

Was surprised that Don Rush answered the phone and took my order. Not everyday you have the CEO/Owner of the company filling in doing direct customer service. Don was apologetic regarding my problems encountered on the website and gave me some additional discounts for my inconvenience. Was not necessary but greatly appreciated.

After I hung up, I said Man, I just talked to "The Guy" and kicked myself not asking some specific maintenance questions regarding my ride. However, I know he is a busy man and was focused on covering the phones. Great company that appreciates their customers.

Brake booster failed on our 1970 Mach1. We had ordered a new 2022 Mach1 to match the old one and the dealer wanted to use both cars in a promotional ad. When we received the replacement booster it failed within a few minutes of installation. I contacted WCCC and they responded very rapidly and had a replacement out the same day. Got car back together the morning of the photo shoot and all worked out great. WCCC has always been a pleasure doing business with. THANKS

WCCC makes finding the right part with the right fit easy. I love that they try to get great parts and when there are parts that don't meet their standard they WARN you up front! I've bought new reproduction parts from them, used parts and even had parts cut from their "junk yard" to build my car.

You all have everything... even when I think it would be hard to find. Used, repro, all of it. Thank you all for the all the help since 2020, when I bought my dream XR-7.

For five years I've been buying parts for my car from WCCC. For five years I've gotten free advice, research, techniques, and demonstrations that have helped me put the car together correctly. I would never have figured out some of the things I learned from Don, Darrel and others at WCCC. You don't get help like that from anywhere else.

I'm sometimes amazed how fast my parts arrive here in Wisconsin. The online chat with Darrel is really good. He always answers promptly, has a sense of humor and is practical. More than a few times Don or his staff will tell you where to get something cheaper than they can provide it. Everything above is why I keep coming back.

Today I was contact by Darrel on his day off to fix a problem that occurred with an order. I can not express enough how thoroughly pleased I was with his service, and that of Don Rush, for making it happen.

I would recommend WCCC to anyone that requires parts of expertise when working on classic Cougars.

I have used West Coast Cougar twice to have parts for my 1971 XR-7 Convertible shipped to Australia. Cannot fault their service and communication. Am definitely a fan. Website is also very comprehensive, they deserve 5 stars.
