The screws that came with these caps were too large...same problem with the screws from the required adapter kit for the LEGENDARY 1967 / 1968 SHELBY - ALUMINUM WHEELs I had purchased. It appears M4-.70 x 12 are the correct screws for my application after trying various screws at Lowe’s. Will have to purchase screws online as my local Home Depot and Lowe’s don’t have the required 16 I needed. Otherwise, they look nice, but the clear portion may scratch easily. I might try ceramic coating them.
The center caps look great on the car, wish they had a better way to secure them.
These are really nice. They are very cool looking. Way better than the picture. Very substantial. Heavier than I expected. Fits great on the rear (drum brakes). On the front the "raised head" mounting bolts that were supplied with the caps, have heads that are too tall. They hit the dust caps (disk brakes). I replaced them with 'pan head' bolts, and used thinner washers, and it worked perfectly.
