The description is a little misleading but these guys are used for the rear most lower bolt on the front fenders. They bolt the fender to the rocker panel. Mine where not rusted but as soon as I tried to reinstall the bolts the little ears broke off which causes the "nut" to spin and of course not allowing it to stay in the square hole in the body. Being a specialty fastener I did not just have them laying around the shop and instead of running around town searching for them I just ordered from wccc. If your working on your fenders and need to remove the bolts I would suggest getting these guys just in case!
Far better than whatever a confused person thinks is the correct way to do it.
