Fits all* Ford V-8 engines, 1967 - 1973. *- NOTE: This will fit in the 351C, 351M or 400 but will not block off the port to recirculate the water back through the engine.  This can cause the engine to run hotter than desired.

Cons:
This "standard" 160 degree thermostat was mated to the Water Restrictor Plate in a 1972 Mustang Mach 1 with a 351 Cleveland. It's been on long drives. In 2017, the Mustang was DRIVEN 1000 miles round trip to hot Fabulous Fords Forever in sunny, hot 100+ degree southern California. Absolutely no problems with overheating, ran cool, even with the standard factory belt driven fan, an after-market A/C unit, and original radiator. Recently in 2019, the Mustang was 1 of 1000s of show cars on display at SEMA Las Vegas. After 3 full hours of stop & go traffic to get out of the exhibit, the 351 Cleveland motor never overheated and always ran cool.
