So my grille center and hood latch got torn out. I bought this to replace it. It came in one piece, everything in place. It was in good condition overall but had much more surface rust than the picture appeared to have. It wasn't a big deal but it took some extra work. I would consider more grade B - good shape, works well, but needs work to look presentable. Of course, that was just in my case. You could easily receive a better one. I got it sanded down and painted. It installed easily and works well.
