I was very pleased with the fit and quality of this panel. The metal is a heavy gauge. All of the transitions and bends are correct. It fit well in place of the original panel. I did not have to make any modifications to the repo panel. It fit with little effort. It has the holes drilled for the rear valance and the appropriate transitional bend in the trunk floor section. Not sure if the pre-drilled holes are in the correct location at this time, but they are there none the less.

I started the initial repairs on my trunk area before this panel was available. So I had purchased a Mustang panel in attempts to make a patch panel vs replacement of the whole panel. Fortunately my project sat for some time before I attempted to repair this area. I subsequently purchased this panel once I resumed repair of my trunk area. I am pleased with my purchase and decision to replace the whole section vs attempting a patch with a Mustang patch/section. I would highly recommend this panel. I wish other sections had been available sooner, as I would have made alternative purchases.
