Assuming that you only need the hooks and don't need to patch part of the trunk floor in these are pretty straight forward. I used an oscillating tool to the welds off to the right and left of the hooks. Then carefully pry the hook off with a screw driver once they welds are cut. I cleaned them up and shot a coat of paint on them to dress them up a bit, then JB welded them in.
