C8OZ-3C511-B Rear power steering pump support bracket. Also called the high pressure hose indexing bracket. For any 1968 - 1970 Cougar or Mustang with any of the 390 / 427 / 428CJ engines. OEM used part designed to maintain the position of the high pressure power steering hose from coming in contact with with moving or high heat parts. *Note - May or may not work with non-original or replacement high pressure hoses.

This rubber plug is found on the bottom side of 68 and 69 Cougars without tilt column. It covers the access hole for the bolt that removes the column head / collar. We notice that most cars do not have them in place. This could be due to over site at the factory or them being lost over the years as the car has been serviced. NOS power steering ram cylinder dated 6H25 or August 25, 1966. This one is date coded for a very early built 1967 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang, including Shelby GT350 and GT500. Bendix manufactured, shows a paint marking and gold cadmium? nut and band. Still has the plastic plugs and cardboard protection on the threaded shaft and drag link stud. Seals presumed to be good, but no guarantees.

A grade pad has not shrunk to the point that the center section will not fit well, it will not be curling and overall will be pliable. We rarely have more than a couple colors on hand but if you state your preference in the comments section we will try to accommodate.

Reproduction machined tube seat set, for ram cylinder and control valve on early 1967 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang with the 1/4" fittings. This set includes 6 seats, other kits only include 4 seats. Please note that starting in mid to late 1967, the control valves had 5/16" fittings all the way to 1970.

Reproduction vacuum hose with green and white stripes. Every effort has been made to make this hose set as close to the originals as possible. The correct thickness and rubber type means it won't kink or lose vacuum when exposed to the hot temperatures under the hood.
