These are good reproductions of the originals for your American Sunroof Corporation Golde Sun Roof. The roof opening seal is 89 1/4" x 3/4" and the seal that affixes to the rear edge of the roof panel measures 42 1/2" x 3/4". Premium reproduction rubber seal with the proper thickness of the 1967-68 seal as found on Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang except these are not molded to the extension contours. 3M brand windshield to channel adhesive. This is what is used for installing the windshields on 69-73 Cougars and Mustangs, all of which did not use a windshield gasket. This is a 10oz tube. This is the industry recommended glass installation adhesive for the gasketless windshields. However, our classic Cougars were assembled using a less hardening bonding agent, that allowed some glass movement.

Used firewall grommet for the under dash harness. This grommet is actually part of the actual wiring harness, but every once in a while we have bad harnesses that we "part out" for pigtails or items such as this.    

These are reproduction heater hose grommets for the heater hose to pass through the firewall. Most of the firewalls that we have seen have a flared opening for the hose without a grommet. These are a more dense rubber than our other versions. Still not sure that they are needed?

Reproduction gas tank to filler pipe hose fits the 67 to 70 Mercury Cougar, measures 4 1/2" long. Excludes 1970 with California emissions. Even if yours is not cracked it will be hard if it is over two decades old. We highly suggest you replace this part if yours is in fact hardened with age because a minor rear end collision could cause it to fail and send fuel spilling into your trunk area.
