Lens - Side Marker Light / Turn Signal - Front - Repro ~ 1968 Mercury Cougar / 1968 Ford Cyclone / 1968 Mercury Montego

This lens fit my 68 perfectly! It seems to be high quality and is much better looking than the homemade plexiglass lens that came with cougar. Now both sides match!

The quality is perfect. It's got weight to it unlike the originals. Super clear. I've been waiting for these repros forever!

These are a much needed reproduction to those tired marker lenses on the 68s! I searched for months to only finally find them at a different vendor which was about the same time wccc started stocking them so ended up buying elsewhere but they are the same lense made by the same place. These fit great and look great as well. As was mentioned no Fomoco logo and the text is a little different then orginal. However these are marketed as reproduction and not a concourse part so no worries there. I spent more time then I care to admit trying to clean up and polish the original sun baked lenses thinking that was my only option! So glad these came available!

I'm in the midst of a full restoration on my '68, and want everything to look pretty much brand new. My old lenses were pretty cloudy and scratched. With a bunch of time and effort maybe I could have polished them to look decent, but these new lenses are so nice and clear, I opted to just install them along with the new chrome bezels and new gaskets all around. Keep your original screws for the lens, there doesn't appear to be a new replacement for those. With everything new, and fresh 1178A bulbs in place, these lights look awesome now.
I only took a star off for "correctness" because these don't have the FoMoCo logo on them like the originals, but that's a minor concern. These are really nice.
